This penthouse apartment was characterised by the 80s and 2000s. The electrical system was also outdated and the lighting was makeshift. But the floor plan itself was efficient, with high ceilings. The aim was therefore to bring the apartment up to today's standards. A complete renovation involved lowering the ceilings to make room for recessed lighting, a new kitchen, plaster and skirting boards in all rooms, a larger opening between the living room and kitchen, new floating floors in all rooms including underfloor heating. The electrical system was also upgraded. Monochrome colour palette in shades of beige with touches of blue details.
