New building in need of improvement in terms of usable space. I redesigned the entire floor plan and facilitated a good lighting plan. Stairwell, fireplace, kitchen and 2 bathrooms were redesigned and produced locally and internationally. Customised solutions such as all wardrobes with folding doors and fittings, French double doors as room dividers, general furniture and smaller details have been a major part of the project's design. Next year's project is the outdoor space.
